About Us

Why US—and how we work

We also understand how admissions committees actually read and score applications. That means we don’t waste time overwriting or underwriting—every word is purposeful, effective, and grounded in strategy. Our aggressive use of data helps us calibrate applicant timelines and profile strengths for maximum admissions outcomes. We move efficiently because we know the process inside and out.

Michael Rubsamen is a graduate of Whitman College and a current Tulane MD+MPH student. Michael comes from a generational medical family and is proud to be growing their legacy in medicine. In undergrad, Michael wove philosophy, high-level chemistry research, and work as an EMT into a holistic pre-med experience.

Leveraging his success into a post-bacc at Case Western, Michael is working hard at Tulane to bring experienced advising to future physicians. He uses his time well at Tulane balancing Ethics Bowl and learning from his professors the true stand-out points of applications in an evolving era of medicine.

Julien Comardelle is a graduate from Whitman College. He is a business founder working to expand his education and skills into JD programs. Julien was born to an immigrant medical student at Tulane and has seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities of medical life, past and present.

He has spent over a decade advocating for Aspartylglucosaminuria(AGU) therapy. Julien has advised successful MD and DO apps, Residency program apps, and International Medical Graduates working to bring their exceptional talents to the US. He is excited to expand his advising.
